Basic System Questions
1. Is your system confocal, two-photon, or both?
2. Is the X scanner galvo, resonant, polygon, or something else?
3. Is the Y scanner a galvo?
4. What laser wavelengths are currently used? How is laser power controlled?
5. Is the detector a PMT, GaAsP PMT, HyD, APD, SiPM, or camera?
6. Is the detector output analog or digital?
7. Do you need Piezo / ETL Z? Is the Piezo / ETL controlled by voltage?
8. If XY / motorized stage is required, do you already have an independent controller or SDK?
